	David Potter wins £41,740 in forklift truck accident. David, a warehouse operative from Preston, was over the moon when we called him to tell him that had been offered £41,740 in compensation. David was working hard one July morning unloading a pallet truck when he stepped back into a moving fork lift truck that should not have been in the racking area of the warehouse. The fork lift truck spilled some of its contents of pre-packed furniture and trapped him between truck, storage rack and furniture fallen on top of him. After being rescued David was immediately rushed to hospital where doctors diagnosed a broken right arm, fractured rib and right thumb.
