25 year old Anna Harris from Wimbledon collects £3,724 in compensation.
Anna, 25, an accounts assist from Wimbledon, was delighted to accept an out of court settlement offer for £3,724 for her personal injury claim.
Anna was quietly driving along a country lane in September last year on the way to meet one of her friends for a meal out, when a car pulled out of a T junction straight into her path.
The impact smashed her Volkswagen Polo right off the road into a ditch on the opposite side of the road were she came to an immediate halt.
Amazingly she slowly crawled over to the other side of the vehicle to open the passenger door and slumped out - dazed but seemingly unhurt.
The driver of the guilty vehicle immediately called emergency services, but when police and ambulance arrived Anna insisted she was OK and that she wanted to carry
on with her planned night out, even if a little shaken. Her car was towed from the ditch and appeared badly dented but still drivable but she opted for a taxi instead.
The following day, perhaps when the adrenaline had disappeared, she began feeling very sore. Her back, her right shoulder and her neck in particular were extremely
painful.
She therefore reluctantly decided to visit her GP where she was correctly diagnosed with a whiplash injury and moderate soft tissue damage relating to the car accident.
One phone call to Michael Lewin and six months later Anna was booking a summer holiday this year with her compensation!
